"We had a wonderful stay here. For the price point, it is extremely accommodating and very comfortable. Clean rooms, amazingly kind service, and a great location. Victor at the front desk, Martha and Enrique in service, and Teresa and Karen in the kitchen were all amazing! "Hotel is on a steep incline. Many steps if you plan to walk. Rooftop pool was nice. Common area with kitchen was a plus as well. We stayed 4 nights here. The AC unit in the room did not work at all. 1 ceiling fan was inoperable as well. Spoke with front desk about our issues. They could not fix the AC but on day 3 they did replace the ceiling fan which helped a little. We had no hot water for 2 out of the four days we were there. "Stayed here 4 times. Its everything we need in a place to stay. The staff is so wonderful. We live that some of the staff recognizes us each time. The poolside staff is always on top of drinks and food. They definitely go above and beyond! My only complaint is the noise at night. People who are oblivious to others and being loud in the hallways. Also the music in the lobby that goes until late was very loud. Earplugs are a must"
