"Fantastic old Rectory in a quiet country area ideal for walks along the nearby canal. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice cooked to order. Staff were helpful and friendly. Decor needs a bit of TLC but it is an old listed building."

Fantastic located hotel with value for money also.

"Great situation for Sports venues, pubs & restaurants. Lovely old style hotel & very comfortable bed resulting in a brilliant sleep. As suggested to manager a large shower mat should be provided as bath seemed really slippery & I was very wary getting in & out due to a bad ankle. Lighting was also quite poor over this area although Shower itself was beautiful & hot. Breakfast was delicious & hot also. If resolved the shower points it's 10/10 every time."
