"It is a nice brand new hotel with very comfortable rooms surrounded by garden like landscape where you can walk or bike on a paved trail around a lake and the other green parks in this large resort. It would be nice to see some water sports on this calm and clear water lake. Breakfast is great! Lunch and dinner cuisines however should need some improvements. Good job Four Points!"

"We enjoyed our 4D3N stay immensely; it was rustic, quiet, and simply beautiful. The staff are professional, helpful, and attentive. I had an accident and the GM personally attended to my needs. Got a car to send me to the resort clinic and back within the hour. The security is impressive, and this place is perfect for that peaceful getaway where you do not need to be stressed over small matters."

"Indigo @ Bintan Lagoi Beach is a newly opened hotel as of October 2024 and an absolute gem. There are some ongoing works as of December 2024 and the list of water related activities can increase. The main standouts are the amazingly designed rooms. Each is an ocean view with wood and island living themes. They are aesthetically pleasing and you’ll want to spend as much time in the room as much as the restaurant, pool and other areas. Getting around is easy and walkable. Bikes and buggies are available! We rode the bikes to and fro from our hotel room to the restaurant called Sugarbeats. The food is outstanding. We did not even need to leave the property once because of the quality and taste of the food. Recommended is the local Indonesian dishes where the chef excels in. Other fare options were good too! 5/5 will revisit!"

"The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap. The reception offered to purchase belinjo chips for us at the market so we don't have to pay tourist prices. the property is close to Lagoi beach where there are cheaper local restaurants and cafes. The pool at the Signature villa is nice and big. There are also 2 bathrooms with 2 separate bathtubs and showers for our 2 bedroom villa. The cleanliness level could be improved, but all in all we had an enjoyable stay."

"Excellent stay overall, gorgeous beach. very kind staff, very good service. Good food but priced for Singaporeans, much more expensive than 5 star resorts in Lombok. Activities on the beach could be better organized, as the jet skis broke down 2 days in a row. Very interesting lecture on turtles with the release of the hatchlings into the ocean waters. Overall great."
