"The staff was very kind and helpful, especially one person on the front desk. We were out of electricity because of Bomb storm, and he helped us with the room accomodations, when we needed to extend our time and with some other issues as well. We are very thankful! "

"Everything was good we stayed in a penthouse suite. Loved the layout and kitchen. Mattress for pull out bed was terrible, and the bathrooms especially the shower tubs really need a remodel. Stained and patched etc plus weirdly curved not flat to stand. But the space was wonderful, the staff was friendly a little less than enthusiastic for the check out crew but check in guy was great. Breakfast was interesting. Veggies, rice, boiled potatoes, beans, sausage, waffles eggs yogurt and cereal. "

"Our stay was for business. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was safe, welcoming and quiet. We appreciated all the fine details provided for checkin and check out. Our hosts were very responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Seattle. "

"Relaxing stay, comfy beds & bathroom. Great location. Good food, friendly service in the restaurant but slow, staff is needed perhaps. The key card situation is weird - the cards don’t work to get into the parking garage immediately after check in and you need one to get out so they can’t be reused. Strange system. "

"Beautiful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing staycation. Spa great restaurants beautiful views comfortable rooms = great weekend getaway. Only thing I’d do differently next time is that I’d bring my own pillow. Their pillows are a little hard."

"Large rooms, having a kitchen and sitting area is very nice. Pillows are very bad, and beds are a not very comfortable or maybe old. Sag a bit too much. We came right after the storm, so no hot breakfast or pool was available. You would think they'd provide some credit or maybe a happy hour to compensate, but nope."

"I enjoyed my stay. I found the bathroom clean and the bed was quite comfortable. My only negatives are that it takes a long time to get hot water and it’s light pressure, and the common area floors could use a good wash. The host was easy and efficient to deal with online though. I really enjoyed the codes to get in/out so I could easily walk around neighbourhood and come and go like my own house. I was alone so it’s a perfect stay for solo travellers. If I was with a partner though it may not...
