"We were there for the pro bowl riders show in February 2025. The entire staff from registration to restaurant to maid service to valet service was outstanding. The hotel was clean and a very nice experience. The hotel is centrally, located downtown within walking distance of various points of interest. "Very great stay! They let me reserve my room n stay n let me pay once I got there instead of online! They even let the other person I stayed there with stay over until 1pm waiting for his ride to come get him so he wasn’t out in the cold! Only bad thing I can say about it, is that I only had one wash rag I had to ask for more. "
