Very pleasantly impressed with the property. Looks to be in the final touches of a renovation. Very clean, quality bedding and linens. Very comfortable. Offered a continental plus breakfast which was a little more than just basic which was very nice. Friendly and responsive staff. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Incredible value for the cost. Only issue had nothing to do with the property but with another guest and front desk staff responded quickly and resolved the situation. Many thanks

Check in was great, easy and quick. The room was very clean and smelled good. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room as whole looked good, if a little worn at the edges. However, mouse traps behind furniture didnt inspire confidence, the bathtub caulking is moldy and needs to be replaced. The Fridge made horrific sounds and needed to be cleaned on its interior. The outlets have seen better days and very few seen to work properly. For what I paid, very decent.

We booked on line thinking we had booked a place in Medina Ohio, but once done it came up at a different location. We responded to the welcome E mail and text and even tired to call…..no responses. We also responded to the check out request…. No response. Basically we were charged for a room that was not near the location we needed. It was a bait and switch tactic and just took our money.
