"Enjoyable stay with courteous service. We chose this hotel for its central location, connection to the Ipoh Mall and the 6 EV charging bays for hotel guests (at RM1.05/kWh). Our room on the Concept (12th) floor came with a jacuzzi, and overall it was spacious and comfortable, but with some hits and misses. "Close to the train station, most of the visiting areas are walkable, and plenty of dining options. The only thing, that has nothing to do with the hotel is that there is a karaoke bar around the block that blasts its music late into the night. "

"The building was beautiful, the staff were fantastic. It’s across from a park and walkable to all the town has to offer. Small quibbles were the internet - kept going in and out, and while the breakfast was more than plentiful, the food was not kept warm. Will stay again if we’re in town. "

"We had a comfortable stay at this property. Security is good at this property as card required to access lift lobby, lift to go to the unit. There is also a security guard seated at the lobby every time we passed by. There are not many food outlets nearby but with Grab of around RM8, we can reach most of the popular eateries."

"The property has a very nice living area, and a very nice and helpful staff. Our individual bedroom as very nice and comfortable, just a little small, but it even had a sink which was supper convenient. Property is at a walkable distance from the city center and the tourist attractions, as well as a shopping mall."
