"Cheltenham prices are higher than the other locations we've visited, but the age and layout of the old pub building leaves you feeling short changed. Staff service and food were very good and breakfast was included in price. Parking was on the street, time sensitive and where a gap could be found. "

"Second receptionist warmer than 1st. Maybe the offer of calling us when the room was ready instead of asking us to call to see if the room was ready would have been more efficient/going the extra mile. Food was lovely, lovely village location. Shame the sewage works was going on whilst we visited but not hotels fault. Don’t agree with the service charge automatically being put on the food bill, food was lovely but not cheap and then 10% charge on top for serving two people. To be fair...
