"The building was nice. The apartment was spacious in a nice area. The mattresses were a little hard and I really wished there were more pillows. We could not really use one of the showers because the water leaked out and it made a big mess. Overall it was nice. That is why I gave it 4 stars. "

"Great location. Comfortable. Needs a bit more character. Maybe some inexpensive wall art and plants. The ones there are in pretty bad shape. Mary and Viviana, our hostesses are very kind, sweet, caring. Guided us and provided useful tips . Mary did recommend we go to a local eatery: Beer Garden where we were totally ignored to the point we walked out. Not her fault though. The ladies are constantly sweeping and cleaning, and always welcome guests in a polite manner and a smile. We witnessed...

"The location and the apartment is very convenient and very well located and maintained. The only comments were that we were 3 people and there were only two towels and one of these broken. Also the sofa bed is not comfortable and might need a replacement. Other than that the property is very good."

"The property unexpectedly canceled my reservation due to overbooking. Then blamed it on Expedia which caused confusion. Trying to sort the whole ordeal out took between 2.5-3 hours. And on vacation that’s a lifetime. Be weary when booking. "

"We booked for two days, checked in late night, and left next morning. Property has a great Oceanview but wind noise through window gaps is very disturbing at night. It is a Duplex that was a problem for me. No hot water, no shower head, no soap. Close but difficult access to beach(two locked gates and many stairs). Wifi didn't work. But owner was nice to refund for the second day that we didn't stay, as booked."

"Colombian immigration requires an address before we entering the country and the property would only disclose the address 24 hrs before our arrival. First we had to text them an immigration stamp in our passport. Why? We had already paid for through our booking. Getting inside the property was complicated. The entry code for the lock expired every 5 minutes. The people providing the code didn't speak English and never explained anything about the lock defect. We received multiple entry codes...

"El departamento muy acogedor y limpio. La única situación que fue un poco incómoda es que los elevadores se dañaron constantemente y no había ventilación dentro de ellos. Además coincidió que habían llegado muchas personas para un torneo de baseball y estaba lleno todo el edificio y los elevadores colapsaban constantemente "

The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall showerhead was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. But what really sets Osh Hotel apart is its incredible location. Situated in the heart of Cartagena's historic Old Town, you're just steps away from the city's most famous landmarks, restaurants, and bars. The hotel's rooftop pool and bar are also not to be missed! The views of the city are breathtaking, and the cocktails are expertly crafted. "We have enjoyed the rooming suite for our family of four! The ocean view from the window was stunning in late December! The club food bar was great! The swimming pools inside the hotel were beautiful! Cross the street, you can swim in the ocean and walk on the beach. Very close to the old town of Cartagena, the treasure of the South America with rich culture, delicious foods. The hotel service was great!"
