"Had a great experience staying at Cove! The location is perfect, right in a shopping area with plenty of food outlets, making it super convenient. The apartments on the 6th floor were quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat despite being in a busy area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Liverpool! "

While I personally tend to prefer colour and some personality, the rooms are calming, the large beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are lovely, with a massive shower. Would suggest some fans for the bedrooms, was very hot at night & although we left windows open, the wind whistled through the apartment & the doors were rattling too. "This is a lovely hotel, I stayed 2 years ago and feel sadly it’s lost its spark a bit. The good bits first, parking is great, easy to access hotel and plenty of spaces, the spa was great, and a big bonus was the yoga class I joined when I saw people with yoga mats. "We use the hotel frequently and feel at home there. Especially like the atmosphere in the bar and invariably find ourselves chatting with other guests. Great location for the business district but only ten minutes from the Royal Albert Dock or the excellent city centre shops. Literally dozens of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk and its own MPW restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended "

"The property was lovely, the lady on reception was nice and welcoming when we arrived. The room was modern and easy to relax in, we just couldn't get the heating on but the lady on reception was amazing again and provided a portable heater. The beds are very comfortable and overall we had a great stay :)"
