"This Miramar by Windsor is in an excellent location, it’s spotlessly clean, the staff are so helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, the pool and pool bar were lovely and the showers in the room were so wonderful. "The location is excellent and the views of the beach are amazing, especially from the upper floors. The roof top pool and terrace also offers amazing 360 views and a great place for sunset. However, the rooms and the hotel in general are tired. We also a lot of small issues in the room: a dirty and broken chair, a broken lamp, taps functioning but not properly installed. In addition, given the price of the room, putting a Nespresso machine but having to pay for each pod is incredibly mean....

"My room was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I am an Expedia Platinum member but did not receive an upgrade. Very disappointing. The location is great and it's just a two minute walk to the Copacabana beach. The hotel staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was fine."

Highlights were the bluetooth audio system in the ceiling and the powerful, consistent and hot shower. Relax and enjoy the view.

"The hotel is classically beautiful with its spacious rooms, colourfully and tastefully decorated. I'm not surprised many celebrities have stayed there! The bed is super comfortable and the blackout blinds left all the day light outside so we could have a nice lie in the next morning. The hotel is super clean and tidy. They offer you a glass of champagne upon arrival making you feel very welcomed. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they go an extra mile to ensure you're satisfied. The pool area is just gorgeous with the colourful parasols contrasting with the pure white of the building around it! Very romantic. The location is wonderful, you just have to cross the road to be at the iconic Copacabana beach. It was throughout a fantastic experience and we'd love to be back again soon. "

"Although our room was not ready when we checked in, they offered a decent late check out. The rooms were good for our family of 4. We only needed some fresh towels for our 5 day stay, we had to ask for them. Very walkable to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast we really perfect each morning. "
