"Atrium was unique. Noise from atruim was terrible. Our room was nice, but the bathroom could use some TLC. The staff was pleasant. We were disappointed the spa was out of order. I’m sure that this hotel was top notch when it was new, but it’s showing its age. Nice enough for a night or two if you don’t look too closely. "

"I appreciate the fact that I'm able to do an early check in. The only downfall is that the only accessible ADA is always occupied when I've arrived early. And their only elevator is out of commission. I do not know how long it has not been in service though. Other than those minor issues that they been having, my stay with them has been good."

"I will be back again to stay longer and enjoy more amenities. The check in process was easy and the gentlemen very kind, personable and accomodating. The room cozy, warm, clean and quiet. All appliances and electronics in the room were in working order. Very convenient location in the San Ramon area. On my way out this morning, the breakfast smelled delicious. Hot and fresh. I had to leave just a moment before the start but I won't miss next time. Thank you and I will definitely be back. "
