5/5 Excellent
"I was in town for the Pink concert. The location was excellent. It's an easy walk to the Colonial Life Arena. I parked on the street around the corner from the hotel. Tons of restaurants nearby.
Carrie at the front desk did a great job of handling the onslaught of guests checking in before the show. (Free drinks at the bar because my room wasn't ready were a nice perk.)
When a room was ready, I was given room 330. Somehow, I misunderstood what room I was in and tried to enter room 225. That misunderstanding was completely MY fault. Carrie had given me keys to an unoccupied room, and I took it upon myself to enter the wrong room. "
