"Stayed in a King room. Excellent room and layout. Very spacious for a hotel room. Good corner room with a decent view. There is a lot of windows in the room, which perhaps the room cooler and the heat took a little bit to catch up. Loud cars can be heard rather easily, but it was not too distracting. Overall, I would stay again. Bed was comfy, better pillows would be the one thing I would change. Oh, and park in the parking garage caddy corner to the hotel. Save a lot of money. "

"Our room was beautiful with great views of the river from our balcony. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Valet parking was convenient and staff were all very friendly. The River Street Inn overall was a beauitful inn with lovely decor, delicious on-site restaurants/bars, and offered great perks throughout the stay. We absolutely plan to stay here again. My only complaint would be the number of other guests who slam doors at 630am. Nothing the hotel can do about inconsiderate guests....

"Great hotel, super awesome staff. Rooms were great. The only reason(s) for the 4 star vs 5 star: Valet wasn't clear on the Orbitz reservation ($30/ night- great rate for the area, but would have been nice to know) Valet was late getting to work on Saturday morning by 30 minutes, I almost missed my event. And the office manager/ valet do not support each other (would have been good if the hotel manager could have pulled my car out). Breakfast was an additional charge. Good spread, but...
