Room was ok but staff were not very helpful. Staff were smoking cigarettes and weed outside and it was wafting all over the hotel! Took 3 people to refill the coffee at breakfast it was the concierge lady who finally did it. She was very helpful and pleasant.

My room wasn’t completely clean, especially the carpet, the bathroom door was damaged and wouldn’t close, the shower curtain was missing and some of the bathroom towels… the quality of the breakfast wasn’t good, the parking space at front of the hotel is terrible…

I booked this hotel for the location and based on the fact that there was no additional fee for parking....only to be charged $33 to park at check in. Area isn't the greatest. Very noisy from other rooms and the traffic. Parking is also sketchy. Very limited spots in the main lot. Other parking is on the side and in the back. I didn't notice any security cameras either. Locks on the doors are pretty flimsy for a door that faces outside. Would not stay here again

Best thing was a nice breakfast and nice breakfast area. Room was very dirty (old dishes and silverware on floor)with things that needed to be replaced (broken or ripped). One towel was in the room. Had to ask for more. Funny thing - there was a noise blocking machine in the room. Never saw that before. Finally figured out why we had it...to block the noise coming from outside and adjoining rooms.

Clean, updated, quiet room, and very close to all the things. Bathroom door was broken so did not shut completely and shower water pressure was a bit weak but otherwise well worth the price we paid!
