I have stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites at Beach road multiple times (you can check your records), this situation exists for all the rooms I stayed. Recently I stayed at one of Ascott's properties and found their shower room designed differently than yours and they don't have the shower water into the bathroom floor issue. "
