I went Scuba Diving earlier than regular breakfast hours and they were great to assist me with an earlier than normal breakfast. Overall the service was very good. And everyone tried. I didn’t like being asked to contribute $2 a day for environmental purposes as soon as I arrived. I was asked for my passport and then asked to donate money. Started me off on a sour note. "

"The room was spacious. Neat and tidy. Bathroom was clean. Linen were good too. 2 big beds, a working table and a couch. Lots of storage space. The stay was quite comfortable. Walkable distance to Galle Face beach. We did not opt for the Breakfast choice while booking. Upon enquiring at the reception, we were told it costed 4K LKR per head, which we felt is pretty expensive. "

The Colombo Residency or Crescat residency as its know is in a prime area of Colombo along the Galle Road. Situated next to the Cinnamon Grande Hotel it is within minutes of the Crescat Mall with its shopping and Food Hall situated on the Lower level. "Quite a large room. Very clean and comfortable bed. Free breakfast buffet had many choices. Very large swimming pool, steam room and sauna made it a perfect stay. "

"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."
