"Beautiful property. Far exceeded my expectations. Service was incredible. The room was so luxurious and the property grounds were lovely. I wish I stayed longer because the breakfast for my one night stay was so delicious and I would have liked to enjoy that for a few more days! "While I know I came before official check in time, no rooms were ready. There was no one at check in so I had to look for someone. They said I could wait in their sitting room for a few hours until a room was ready. I asked where their restaurant was so I could get breakfast as it was about 1030 am and they said they weren't opening the restaurant that day... Taking it as a sign of things to come, I just left and booked a room at Galle Face Hotel instead. "

"Stay itself was great and for leisure travelers is perfect for mid tier hotels. Infinity pool and incredibly comfortable room. Personally i thought the breakfast and gym was poor, however i had come from the Hilton so in fairness for half the price this plsce is probably better value for a normal person.
