"My room key wasn’t properly encoded and didn’t work the first time. However, everything else was terrific! Great breakfast, too!"

" Check in was a problem. Arrived at 1:30PM (check in is at 3:00PM). Was assured the room would be ready at 3:00PM. Came back at around 4:30PM and the room still had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Finally, was able to access the room around 5:30PM - very disappointing. On the first night, the occupants of the next door room were very loud and had to complaint to the front desk - it was then resolved. Other than those two issues, the stay was fine - consistent with previous stays...
