"The property experience was everything we could have asked for. We didnt eat in the hotel as we were there only for 1 night. Easy walk to restaurants and a nice park as well. After check out we asked to leave our bags while we explored the area. Planned on coming back to gather luggage and head out to airport.Took Uber to the ocean area and I unfortunately got violently ill. Made it back to the hotel and they were kind enough to extend me a late check out (until 8:30pm) so I could shower and rest before my 8 hour flight home to the US. Again- we’d already checked out in the am and instead of charging me a full days stay, I paid a fee for a late check out in a guest ready room for about 5 hours. I was beyond grateful for their kindness, sympathy and hospitality."

"The room was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were helpful. But no wine opener in our room. We had to ask 3 times before someone came to open our bottle. For the price of the room a complimentary bottle opener would have made the stay more enjoyable."
