The only down side is that the building itself needs some maintenance and you can hear the nightlife outside. "The place is awesome! The doorman was polite and friendly. We arrived at midnight but the check-in process still went smoothly. The only issue we had was the hot shower. The hot water was on and off. The water heater needs to be fixed. Other than that, we are satisfied with everything. "

The property is directly in front of many parks, used for walking and exercising. Amongst these parks are also playgrounds for the kids.
