"Comfortable stay, pleasant location. Room clean and had everything needed for our one night stay. Unfortunately no bar or restaurant at present but a communal room with fridge and microwave available if needed."

"Lovely bnb on the edge of s horse farm. Our host was very welcoming and we really felt we had a stay in the countryside. Polly, the host gives great dinner recommendations. If traveling by car Make sure you call ahead to know to drive past the barn- we confused ours and a quick call to Polly sorted that out. Would come back!"

"Our stay was amazing we took the grandchildren as we went to Reindeer lodge on the Saturday. The hostess left everything you might need and the horse came across to see us every day which the girls loved. There was only one fault which didn't affect our stay one of the keys to the french window didnt work and i forgot to let them know as it wasnt a problem because we just used the front door .We would definitely come back here again. "Great location and wonderful property. It was just a touch chilly as there are no radiators other than a small electric convection heater which we weren’t sure about so didn’t use. Other than that, everything think else was top drawer and the host extremely helpful. "

"I can’t praise this hotel enough I’ve stayed all over the world in some fabulous hotels but this was outstanding. From the moment we arrived our host Pam made us more than welcome even allowing us to take part in their Burns night that they had on that evening . If you’re visiting this area and are lucky enough to get a room this has got to be the best place to stay ."

"Very slow check in, card machine not working so had to write my card details down on a piece of paper (not sure this is compliant with GDPR). No iron available. Paid £15 for breakfast thinking it was a cooked breakfast but was only continental consisting of a box of cereal, a piece of ham, 2 pieces of cheese, rock hard crusty roll and a jar of strawberries. Drove 5 minutes down the road and got 2 full English breakfasts for £16. There was no shower gel and only half a toilet roll left for us....
