"Good value , great location , nicely appointed rooms , only reason I marked it down was the walls were very thin , could hear the guest next door on the phone at 6:15am , don’t know if he just had a loud voice but woke us up , other than that I’d recommend this hotel "

"The landlords (Sue and Craig) were exceptional hosts … the property is located in an amazing location … the surrounding area is full of interesting activities … and if the weather cooperates, the dark sky star watching is truly amazing … we will definitely visit again , and would whole heartedly recommend this place … a great visit 10 out of 10 … "

"We were there for a 2 night stay at the end of August. The hotel is very well taken care of & it is in a quiet lovely location. It’s beautiful inside too. Rooms are cozy, clean , quiet, & decorated very nicely. The food & service in dining room is amazing! The free breakfast is plentiful, delicious, & fresh. It is a nice touch. "

"Parking was cash only but luckily had that on us but finding the parking was difficult due to construction. Then the small hike to the hostel from the temporary parking was a bit much with bags and over a fence. Service was nice, beds were not very comfortable "

"Very nice high spec hotel. Rooms have everything you could need. Hotel has a drying room which is handy on a wet day. Great view of the bay. Staff very nice and helpful. Negatives: very limited food menu, nothing for vegans. Seems very overpriced compared to similar hotels in the highlands. "
