"Great hotel with super continent attached parking garage. The only downside was I had to walk out of the parking garage and around to the front of the hotel pulling my suitcase in the rain to go in. Seems silly to have the garage right in the back but no direct entrance to the hotel. But other than that, the hotel was nice and clean and breakfast was very delicious."

"Great place with friendly staff, we really enjoyed our visit. Given it is a bit out of the way from the city center and hard to find, the price is a bit on the higher side. Breakfast was delicious, however it would have been nice if there was a healthier savory option."

"The hotel was great for my group. We stayed only one night, but the rooms were super spacious and their layout was perfect. The only thing is that breakfast ends at 9:30, which seems really for the weekend, we scraggly had a morning hike and got back just after 9:30, and breakfast was still out, so that worked out I do wish it would run until at least 10. Other than that it was great. "

"Loved this stay and the building. Industrial yet super cozy and comfortable. The perfect spot for a home away from home if you’re visiting your child at the college. They will appreciate you being able to cook them a meal, even if it’s just breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful. Slept like a baby! "

"For a one night stay it was tolerable. The bed was great but I really don’t understand the 5 tiny pillows for a king bed. At least put 6 so each person has a chance! I realize there are guests who can nihilate a room but generally I feel most people are respectful. Invest the time and money and refresh your rooms and then train housekeeping on how to maintain We really won’t stay there again. Sorry Comfort!"

"I can’t believe this place wasn’t busier the two times we’ve stayed here. The price is more than fair, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and for both of our stays the staff was so helpful and friendly. With every return trip to Roanoke, I’ll be staying at this hotel."

Classy Hotel

"Awesome hotel. But the noise level was horrible from other guests up until 2 AM in the morning on the second floor. Wish the hotel could monitor that regularly to help avoid it so guess like myself wouldn’t have to ask those other guests to please be quieter. Love the fireplace in the lobby because it was so cold while I was there and love the coffee shop downstairs from the lobby. The hotel is awesome. My parents spent their honeymoon there 75 years ago. 😍"
