"This was our second time staying here as we chose to come back. It’s aged and rustic but we love it. It’s out of the way of the hustle and bustle, easy parking, but close enough to everything. We arrived late and there was a small delay with our room but John was very helpful and nice and even upgraded our room! We are already planning on going back and staying again! "

"We felt like we started our “beach vacation in the mountains” the minute we drove up and were welcomed by a kind valet in a tropical shirt. The double queen room we had was huge and well laid out. I loved the small breakfast table for two (instead of the usual desk pushed against the wall), the huge shower with 3 shower heads, a separate bathtub, oversized bath towels, and two Adirondack chairs on the balcony. The restaurant food was great for our dinner as well as breakfast. Everything was immaculate! It’s close to lots of fun places and across the street from Anakeesta."

"We love Brookside Lodge / Resort! Everything from check in to check out was wonderful . Our balcony room overlooked a rushing river and the sound of it was heavenly. We wished we weren’t moving on so fast, but we will definitely be back."

"We loved our stay. The staff was outstanding! Especially Kevin and corey. There was one waitress named kimberly who wasn't very nice. I know she was buys and my father is elderly and demanding, but she kinda threw down his desert and didn't offer to replace his spilled wine. "

"Very clean hotel with the most friendly staff! Beds were comfortable, bathroom was immaculately clean. It was a perfect stay for one night on our way to Savannah, GA. Breakfast was very good and the area was so clean! Would definitely stay here again. Also, just minutes away from downtown Asheville for shopping and food and the Biltmore Estate. Highly recommend!
