"This hotel was vibey and very clean with small but very functional rooms. I enjoyed staying here with the exception of the "room service" meal. It's not actually room service, you have to go downstairs to get it when it's ready, which I didn't realize, so I was waiting and waiting for my food to be delivered (which had said ETA 20 min) before I checked my order and realized I had to go downstairs. "The staff was very nice and helpful. The property and the rooms are updated. I found my room a bit small. But it was okay for a short business trip. I didn‘t have breakfast but it looked very good to me. I dined in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and the service excellent. The only minor remark I would make is the choice of TV programs - there were hardly any international programs available. "

"It was fine really. Very practical and comfortable. I don't think I appreciated on booking it was without a receptionist which made the whole experience feel very transactional (which is fine on business). Hannover was unexpectedly expensive otherwise I wouldn't normally pay so much this. In future, I would try to plan further ahead. It is what it is. "

"Excellent hotel 5 minutes walk from the railway station. I travelled with my dog and they had water and food dishes in the room and gave me some dog treats too. Friendly helpful staff at both check in and out as well as breakfast. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of great options. "
