"Very poor customer care. I reached late in the evening , no direct phone number to call and talk. Auto check in kiosk is a waste as the details entered was not accepted . Hotel had a different number so room allocation was not done automatically . For the price of euro 99 it is not worth it . Stay away in a decent hotel. "

"totally terrible, NOTHING like any pictures on the Expedia website. Bed sheets not changed from the previous quests - hair in a bed, dust everywhere, floor was sticky and dirty. The owner was rude, couldn't see what’s wrong with the linen and the room and offered to give money back and to look for another hotel. That's what we did, but still waiting for the refund - three weeks passed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and be cautious when checking expedia website, review was 5 out of 5 for this...

"I left the room on the first night and did not return. I had to find a hotel in the city. I could not communicate in any way with the person at the apartment. I had to remove my shoes before i entered. I had no lock for my room. When i asked about a taxi and my location to the city no one could understand or help me. This room was not suitable at all."

"The worst stay ever in my whole life. They put us in an apartment of family with their whole staff all over the place like clothes, etc.. Only one small lamp in the whole room and there is no hot-water and the room heating not working properly in a (-17 degrees) weather! We talked to them and they told us to wait for few days and nothing happened."
