we took a standard double room for 350 Euros per night, the room was very small, no more than 30cm of space on the sides of the bed, a small desk, no wardrobe except a couple of hangers. physically there was no room for the suitcases anywhere other than leaving them on the floor and climbing over them to go to the bathroom. We asked for a slightly larger room. At reception they told us that the rooms are all the same and that they were fully booked. we invited the receptionist to check the measurements of the room, she came up and replied, the room is really small, we'll change it tomorrow. The next morning there is no water to take a shower. At the reception we pointed out the promised room change and that there was no water in the bathroom. In the evening they tell us that they won't change the room because it is the same as the others and there was no point in changing them. plus they didn't have other rooms and that the problem was only our problem, there was a bed for 2 people so we had to make it work, even calling me a liar because they had the room checked and the water in the afternoon was ok. After several attempts (I raised my voice a little) another receptionist comes out and warns me to call the police. I agree, I say, call her willingly. He replies that they would have agreed with the hotel because they are German and I am not. I convince the other receptionist to check the room, she goes up and comes back saying the room is really small, and she change it.

We liked this location very much and stayed here many times during our trip. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Adjacent parking was very convenient. Definitely recommend.

Hotel that is great but let down by too few staff!
This is a very good hotel but let down by there simply too few staff at key times e.g. check in and check out. They offer no in room tea/coffee facility but instead offer this in the reception. But at 7am all the cups were dirty and when eventually I had to get one from the breakfast area the coffee was cold and less than a dribble left. I raised this with the young man on reception, who I insisted dealt with the German man, who was keen to check out as he needed onward connections, before me. As we departed at around 8am the dirty cups and coffee I noticed were being replaced i.e. an hour after I'd complained. On a positive note the room was great with an excellent shower and probably one of the comfiest beds we'd ever slept in. The parking is very good and at 18 euros per night not overly expensive. The location is easily walkable for the lovely city centre which was very good.

there is a terrible smell from the cellar when you come in from the garage all the way to the room. The carpets in the corridor smell terrible and flickering light, a scene from a serial killer movie. Internet was free but not working.

Cool place. Some free welcome drinks in the fridge. Fun atmosphere. We had issues turning off some green mood lighting. There is no phone to call front desk. When the staff arrived it took them a long time to figure it out as well. Otherwise, a great stay.

Great location in the heart of the city with lots of food and attratctions around. We arrived at 2am and there was still someone to great us and check us in which was brilliant. Parking is good and the room was very spacious and clean.

Comfortable bed and convenient
Comfortable stay despite red flags: 1) broken fridge (asked staff to fix it twice, not sure if it was ever attended to) 2) defected safe (I didn't have any valuables so this didn't affect me) 3) shower water leaks out of the glass doors The room is quite new and sizeable for my family. U-Bahn station just outside the hotel, good bakery and shops nearby.
