Perfect location/walking distance to both the city and the Hans von Heidel arena which was the reason for our stay. Rooms were nice. My brothers room had a light that couldnt turn off but at least be dimmed and my mothers rooms minibar didnt cool, but not big problems at all. Nice staff. This would be a hotel we will book again if going to Hannover another time.

Overall excellent!

Friendly greeting on arrival. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Complimentary drinks in mini fridge an unexpected bonus as was the tea and coffee in reception. Breakfast was well stocked with continental and cooked breakfast items. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Things I didn't like: Bathroom had a fowl smell on and off, had to use odor spray quite often. Housekeeping is only on request and even after I requested for my room to be cleaned (I travelled to a family's place for 3 days) and still didn't get done, my room was not cleaned. Things I liked: Right in middle of great sights seeing, downtown, very accessible to transportation.

Ein eigentlich sehr schönes Hotel mit modernen und sauberen Zimmern in der Nähe vom Stadion. Die Dusche hatte eine angenehme Größe, die Garage unterm Hotel bietet genügend Möglichkeiten zum Parken und das Personal war sehr nett und wir durften sogar vor 15 Uhr schon ins Zimmer. Was mir dann aber nicht gefiel, dass es im Bad in Gegensatz zu anderen etwas wenig Licht gibt, dass das Frühstück für den Preis zu klein ausfiel und die Klimaanlage diesen Namen leider im Zimmer nicht verdient hat. Die Bedienung ist schon echt alt und gekühlt hat sie leider auch nicht so wirklich. Obwohl wir auf 16°C eingestellt hatten, waren es immer über 24°C bei geschlossenem Fenster. An Schlaf war bei den Temperaturen leider kaum zu denken. Alles im Allem haben wir es aber nicht bereut gebucht zu haben und für einen Kurztrip auf jeden Fall den Preis wert.
