"The staff were very friendly and helped us book taxis and Tiananmen square as well as letting us check in early, providing bottled water and letting us leave our bags in the hotel upon check out. The air conditioning and shower is good. The hotel is a little far from a metro station but taxis are cheap so it doesn’t really matter. The bed was quite hard."

"The only issue I had was my room a/c wasn’t good. The night wasn’t too warm, so it didn’t affect my stay. Staff were helpful. I didn’t complain about the a/c because it would have been too much trouble to switch rooms. The room was very quiet even though my window faced the road. "
