"There are many positives about this hotel, including its location, tours, and excursions, and a wonderful spa. This said it was a noisiest hotel that we have ever stayed. Further, the staff is somewhat friendly, and most of the furniture needs to be replaced. How this hotel receives awards is beyond our imagination. And to top it off, the snorkeling and scuba diving is terrible. "

"Overall, we had a nice stay here! Staff members were very friendly and helpful! The only issue we had was we couldn’t fall asleep on the first night due to the bed being a little too hard and how busy the road was with motorcyclists and cars going back and forth. Not the hotel’s fault re the traffic but just a heads up for anyone planning to stay in here when they go to Mobay Jamaica. I would stay here again though because of the staff. Also, breakfast at this hotel is really good! "

"Great location. Resort and staff workers were really nice and accommodating. Food was great! The only issue was not having clean towel on hand. However, I will definitely stay here again!! "

"The fitness room was not great: some equipment were not working well and it was smelly as there was no AC. Our toilet had no ventilation and only a small window that came out to the room. Not nice for intimacy. The cleaning in the room was not really optimal, in our 10 days it seems that it was cleaned only once but towel were changed every day. Breakfast: mainly a buffet with zero fruits. Other than that the people working at the hotel were super nice and helpful."

"Rooms are a bit dated, bathroom is extremely small, television doesn’t have anything to watch unless you sign into your own apps and most of the streaming apps won’t work out of the country. Staff is extremely nice and very hospitable. Nice restaurant right next door, good food and good vibes. Directly in front of the ocean, less than 30 seconds and you’re at the beach. You can sit upstairs and watch the planes come in and out since it’s next to the tar mat. "
