"We had a wonderful stay here. Staff and breakfast staff were wonderful and helpful answering any questions we had to make our stay enjoyable. Location is great - right across from Retiro Park. The only improvement is with the shower floor being slippery and you need to be careful when steeping in you don’t slide and fall. Room, and rest of bathroom, shower head is perfect. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the breakfast staff is amazing!"
"Staff were friendly and accomodating. The area was safe for family with kids. Metro station and bus stop is across the entrance of the hotel. It is right in front of plaza de españa. A lot of restaurants and stores for food options and daily necessities. Breakfast is very good with a lot of options, I especially liked the omelette station. We are actually going back here to stay for the last leg of our Spain vacation. The airport is about 20mins away for travel information."
