Its location is absolutely unbeatable, nestled near the iconic Retiro Park and within walking distance of some of the city’s most popular attractions. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and boasts a modern design that perfectly blends style and comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly set this hotel apart. In many ways, H10 Puerta de Alcalá surpasses even the experience offered by several nearby 5-star hotels, making it an exceptional choice for anyone visiting Madrid. Highly recommended! P.S. The rooftop has increible views for the sunset!

The rooftop bar was amazing!! Staff very helpful and accommodating. We loved the view! The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The location is excellent and very walkable. Close to the Metro, the Hop on/Hop off Bus, a beautiful park and a number of very good restaurants. We were careful but always felt safe. Our room was very small. Just the basics for sure. Housekeeping did a very nice job.

Really lovely hotel and the staff very friendly and helpful… and spoke English. The bar upstairs has the most amazing view over the city & the food was very good… nice menu! The rooms very clean and comfortable and cleaned well each day. A stones throw from the Retiro park which is lovely for a morning stroll. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. No me gustaron las almohadas y las habitaciones estan un poco deterioradas. Hacia mucho calor y creo que las camas tienen algun tipo de cubre colchon que calienta. Pase las noches con mucho calor.
