"Check-in was quick and Mr Ilham was friendly and warm. He remembered me as we stayed at this property several times in the past. In my last review of this property, I mentioned that the body lotion has a bad smell after application. I am happy to note that it did not have that after application smell this time. "One stop shopping, hotel is link to mid valley shopping mall. The only confusion is the carpark for first time visitor to the hotel, sharing of carpark with shopping mall, you need to plan your arrival time to get a parking lot near the hotel..Non peak or weekend to get a good lot near hotel "
