"Hotel looked good from the outside but the rooms looks bad. Especially bathroom walls were dirty. The morning breakfast was a total disappointment. The chef was cooking pan cakes and sneezing beside the stove. Was disgusting. Calls made for room service and hose keeping was really bad. Looks like they don’t have enough staffs. Only good thing about the hotel is location and big rooms. Since I had a appointment close by, considering the traffic in KL I took this hotel. And for money I paid for...
