"We booked this pleasing hotel coming back up from Zakopane for our last night stay. Hotel modern and clean with good facilities. Used the swimming pool (which doesn't use much chlorine due to UV filter) with various water therapy jets. Room very large, it felt slightly unfinished (TV was hung on wall at a an angle, we had a kettle but no coffee. Breakfast selection was a delight with the black pudding being delightful."

"I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. "It was a nice hotel in a good location. Around a 5/10 minute walk to the main town street. Staff were always friendly and approachable. Was lovely and extremely quiet throughout the night. I personally found breakfast lacking but it was more suited to the Polish taste (which is understandable considering it's a Polish holiday resort)"

"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so thats a plus. "
