"Staff were very friendly...I arrived very early & they were still able to check me in, which was beyond Wonderful. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water...yes, the room was quite small, but it worked for me. Tram stop for St. Peter's was directly in front of hotel and there were usually taxis parked across the street. Unlikely that I will return to Manchester, but I would definitely stay here again if I ever do."

"The staff members were so amazingly helpful and friendly. As a solo traveler with a cane I struggle with stairs and excessive walking but the staff helped me to my room when I arrived and Katen even helped we all the way to the train platform across the way when I left. While this location is remote the charm and guality mke it a beautiful destination stay and the food was to die for. I had one minor issue in my room and they resolved it while I was out so 5/5"

Receptionist accused me of not paying for dinner the night before where I had to provide a credit card statement as proof of payment as apparently the till receipt wasn’t suffice & the Waiter didn’t provide a pdq receipt. "As soon as we stepped in to the property I was happy. The check in went very smoothly. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. I loved that we had bottled water, a choice of sparking or still. Also nice hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee.The beds were very comfy with nice pillows and they had very nice fluffy towels in the bathroom.I would definitely stay again"
