Amazingly quiet for the area (not far from airport). Exceptionally comfortable King sized bed and pillows with amenities not that far from any floor. Would recommend for anyone looking to just get away.

Like the room, location and the hospitality of staff. Loved the free shuttle to and from O'Hare. The drivers were very friendly. Restaurant wasn't able to serve food due to a technical issue.

They were awesome about getting a microwave added to our room. My only complaint is that the parking is pricey ($44 per day). Not sure if that is common in that area or not.

This is a beautiful hotel. I have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. Everything is intentionally taken care of. The staff is kind and attentive. The food in the Ashburn is great. The cocktails are yummy. The room even smells good. Love this place!

I like the cleanliness, safety and the excellent staff. When we stay in Chicago I always book at the Loews. It usually quiet and perfect with no flaws. This time we were on a lower floor (3) and we could hear a lot of noise from other people. I was truly surprised by this. Usually when we stay here , once we close our door there is silences until we open it. Not this time. I also noticed a few things in the room that were not the normal in the bathroom. One of the hooks in there by the tub was broken/hanging loose from the wall and one of the covering under the sink was loose over the pipe. There was also a black piece of material on the floor next to the bed, I noticed it when I bent down to put my shoes on. Nothing major but these things are not unusual for this hotel. I told my husband I will never stay here on a lower floor again. It seemed very different than the higher floors. The perfection I look for wasn’t there and quietness wasn’t there. We love the Loews but disappointed this time.

It was such a wonderful stay at Loews. I stayed with my friends for a concert near Allstate Arena. It was a short Uber ride home. If you are up for it, the train to downtown Chicago is about a 15-20 minute walk. I'd say it really wasn't that far if you're not in a hurry. The staff were all wonderful; they helped us out and went above and beyond with the service and safety. We would stay again.

Within walking distance of a mall, which is also within walking distance to the convention I was attending. About 3-5 minute walk between each. The free shuttle rides to and from the airport is a big plus too.
