Perfect hotel perfect service.
From the reception staff to the cleaners everyone gave exceptional customer service and all requests were dealt with promptly. The breakfast the location and just over all everything about this hotel was superb. The pool area was massive and so was the Hilton’s which guests can also make use of. Amazing hotel.

Great styling, lovely welcome, terrible music.
We loved the vibe of the hotel- although it was a bit of an assault on the eyes! Lots of lines and mirrors and sparkly floors. Our only non positive feedback was that the music was ridiculously loud around the pool area. I get that if it's full of people on a friday night it needs to be, but on a regular evening (or first thing in the morning!) it was prohibitive to even talking! And most of the time there were literally 3-4 people. A couple of times we would have had another bottle of wine and enjoyed the evening sun, but the music was unbearable. Not a nice atmosphere to relax in.

Nice hotel in a central part of Dubai. Lots of dining and entertainment options within the property. Definitely a hotel to stay in if you are looking for a good time in Dubai. It also links to the Hilton hotel next to the property so you can avail yourself of the their entertainment options.

Hotel could use an update. 1970 vibe in the 12th floor and in the room. Room was huge, staff was amazing, breakfast was too notch. At Breakfast Nasir and Ann were two folks that stood out. They never stopped and always had a smile. Location was good but not walkable really.

The V Curio is one of best hotels I've been to. It was clean, and very up to date. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would return to this hotel when I return to Dubai. They have lots of clubs and entertainment ...you will not have a dull moment!

Terrible stay
The check in people are not very friendly. Unsolicited prostitution is rampant in the lobby area and the reception which is located on the seventh floor. Breakfast is combined with guests of the Hilton. It chaos to say the least. You need to fight for a table, forced to stay on long lines to get warm dishes i.e. eggs etc. and you better forget to get any kind of service. Terrible. This is not a hotel I would recommend at all.

The V Hotel Dubai truly lives by their slogan and proved “Anything you need anytime you need it just ask”. Pros - staff, room, shuttle to beach, shuttle to Dubai mall, boardwalk, safe, Le perle, access to Hilton Al Habtoor The concierge team at The V was exceptional and consistently went above and beyond! Richard, Samson, Hussnain, Rosanne, Ajay, Rafik, and Nabeel. Kym, the guest relations manager, was also very attentive. Unfortunately, we didn't catch the names of the housekeeping staff, but they kept our room spotless and were incredibly attentive to every detail. A special shout-out to the host team and servers at Market Hilton Al Habtoor, where everything—from the food to the service—was always top-notch. Many thanks to Shune, Tarun, Emelyn, Lal, and Dinesh for always greeting us with warmth and a smile. Cons - need transport to get around - Uber or taxis needed - not very much in the area - besides convenience store We would highly recommend The V Hotel Dubai to our friends and family. I arrived after midnight and there was night club on the ground floor....I didn't expect a night club below a hotel of class of V Hotel. It was noisy at the room from the night club but I was tired and slept. That was Saturday night and from Sunday it was very quiet.

I had to go back to reception for my keyx They forgot to ask me to pay the taxe and I had to go back to the reception. The swimming pool is nice like a private pool, we were only 4 Clubs are ok but line up without any reason just to show up nice view from the room on higway
