The room was very comfortable, good breakfast with lots of choices, the staff were all very accommodating and friendly, and the hot tub was the cleanest I’ve seen at any hotel. Only issue was the hotel has an echo so noise was amplified and the people upstairs woke us up 3 out of the 5 days we were there.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this property. We’ve been traveling a lot lately and this was by far our best experience in a long time. 10/10 would recommend and their pool is open late!

It's a Radisson, so you know it's gotta be good! Except it's in Schaumburg so it's the best thing in the area besides the Medieval Times. The front desk manager was so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and HUGE. It even had a double tub and shower, but I think you have to book that special. The indoor pool was busy but clean. Thanks for the friendly service and decent breakfast.

We had a three night stay and we really liked this hotel. Great location and nicely cared for property. The breakfast is good and the staff keeps it well stocked and clean. The pool area is great, the hot tub was fantastic - nice and hot and a nice size. The front desk staff check pretty frequently to restock pool towels and make sure the area is always clean. Wonderful surprise to find this place, and such a value!
