"A unique hotel with pleasant staff"

"Booked a last minute stay and decided on The Queen at Chester and im glad we did. Hotel was lovely and clean, all staff friendly and polite. We got a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. We only had a slight issue in that we went up for another drink during breakfast and staff thought we left and cleared our table so when we came back someone else was sat there. But we got a new table no problem! And breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Lovely comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. Food was excellent - breakfast had everything f you would want and the evening meal was delicious! The bed was very comfortable and the extra snacks/drinks in the minibar (complimentary) were appreciated. "

"Really nice location. Not too busy. Rooms were nice and warm. Linen could be better as there were iron marks and other black marks present. Staff was incredibly polite and nothing was too much. Breakfast was really nice and fresh. Only dienside was that you had to wait a while for the hot food to be topped up."
