"Great location just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. Easy parking nearby at Kings Dock car park, with concessionary rates when staying at the Pullman. Excellent staff and service, especially from the front desk who were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Dining room staff also very helpful. Excellent twin room (#819) with very comfortable beds. Good ensuite with plenty of hot water but, as there's no window in the bathroom, it needs a working extractor fan to deal with the steam. Breakfast was good but there wasn't a lot of choice with the cold cuts."

"We had a lovely stay. There was building site round the hotel and our view wasn’t so pretty but we cannot fault the hotel in any way. Delicious breakfast, clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Easy check in and out."
