"良かった点・清潔・whatsupによる返信が早い・電源のOAタップがあった。・壁が厚いのか、たまたま静かな人たちしかいなかったのか、周囲の部屋から全く音が響いてこなかった。別のコンドミニアムでは、この点がひどかったので。・ミディアムサイズのワイングラスがあった。・洗濯機が乾燥機付き且つ容量も多めで使い勝手が良い。・テレビがでかい。・ソファベッドがある。悪かった点・デポジット300RMが必要との話を到着日に聞いた。（返金手段無く結局支払わずに済んだが）・窓の外に金網が一面あるため、夜景が見づらい。・プールの使用可能時間をどこかに書いておいて欲しい。（whatsupで確認したが、間違っていた）・物を置ける台が極端に少ない。スマホの充電にはアイロン台を流用。せめてベッド脇に小さなテーブルなど台が欲しい。・ライトがいくつか使えない状態だった。・カトラリーにナイフが無い。・とあるベッドのカバーが所々色褪せて汚く見えた。洗ってはいるのだろうが、到着して見た際にガッカリする。・フェイスタオルがないとのことだったが、あっても良いと思う。 "

"The staff were amazing, their service and manner were great and very welcoming. They were very polite and felt like they respected us as a guest. I am a very frequent traveller and have experienced many buffets, the breakfast buffet at Traders was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had upto now. There was a large variety of food options and the quality was of high standard too. Overall this hotel is excellent and would recommend it very highly. "

"Had a great stay at Trion Kuala Lumpur by Five Senses! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. Would definitely recommend!"

Never again!

"Bad experience at the hotel! The gym is under reconstruction but it is not mentioned on the website and I booked this hotel because of the gym. I only spend there 1 night in stead of 3. Also for breakfast in the morning they have an a la carte restaurant and a buffet restaurant, you can choose where you want to have breakfast but at the check in there was no choice given. Will never return to this hotel again."
