"I enjoyed the city view in the 3rd room I went to. I didnt like that I had to be moved 2 times. 2nd room had mold above the shower. The 3rd room I went to, water was leaking from the pipes in the bathroom. They put tape over it. They did compensate me some and I was okay with that but idk, I paid too much to be going through that after traveling. Customer service was nice and helpful eventually. "

"City view room had an amazing view of Empire State Building. Chris at front door was friendly and helped with luggage and car. Location is just far enough from Times Square that its quiet at night and still walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Room was clean and well kept, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. "
