"The location is excellent and customer service was friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated and in need of some updates - but for the price and location, it's just fine. The issue we had during our stay was the elevator which was extremely slow or completely unusable. Luckily we were on the 7th floor, which was still quite difficult for me to take the stairs to and from as I have a bad knee. But some people were on the 20th floor and higher, so I was just grateful to not be on one of those...

Here's what would make me give it a 5 instead of a 4: where the "desk" is, there's no room for a chair, making the desk nonfunctional; replace the desk w/ a chest of drawers, which will make unpacking so much easier.
