"The house itself was really nice. I didn't like that i spent most of my trip on the phone about the pool heating service that i requested and paid for bot never received, by day 3 requested my money back and to get a phone to discuss the issue and got nothing back. What also was confusing to me was on day 4 they sent someone out to clean the pool which hqd not been used because the water was cold the entire stay.
