"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"First class hotel adjacent to the Tivoli Gardens. The junior suite had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and the complimentary snacks and drinks along with the tea and coffee station were great when we checked in. We also enjoyed a great meal in the brasserie on site and took advantage of the free entry to Tivoli. Would definitely stay again."

"I loved everything about this hotel! It was even better in person than in the photos (I didn’t think that could be possible!) but the rooms were so luxurious and comfortable and the hotel lounge was such a cozy gathering place. "I did not like the breakfast arrangement, for breakfast you have to walk to another building, as i had limited mobility I had to miss out on breakfast every day of my stay. you do not even offer a basic breakfast which can be delivered by room service. This was a real inconvenience"

"We liked the overall vibes of the hotel and received good housekeeping service every day. The location of the hotel was also excellent near to the station, many eating places and supermarkets. The only downside was that there was no fridge in our rooms for our drinks and fruits and we were located on different floors due to the room type we had specified. "Amazing hotel, probably one of the best I've ever stayed at for price vs location and service. Hotel itself certainly has a wow factor with the glass roof and other quirky little extras providing a memorable setting. The indoor courtyard is extra special in the evening under the stars and warm environment creating that Hygge feeling. Bonus is the location right next to Tivoli and central station making transport easy. Overall wonderful stay, 10 /10 and will definitely recommend and revisit. "

"Dejligt hotel. Hyggelig atmosfære Pænt togrenet værelse samt meget godt udstyret. Ok god morgen buffé. Udmærket og gratis parkering lige ved hotellet. Ingen gene fra nærliggende togbane. Alt i alt et hotel der kan anbefales for nye kunder. "

Great location for exploring Copenhagen

"We stayed for 2 nights Family 2 adults and 1 child We had a junior suite which provided excellent space! Beds were really comfortable even the sofa bed! Views were amazing from our room. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choice and my daughter loved the waffle station as you could make your own! Suggest to go there early as it does get busy! Staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I did not get her name but the lady who was working both evenings we stayed was super helpful as I did not realise the 1st of January the hotel restaurant would be closed. But then all of Copenhagen was ordering delivery! Great little restaurant across the street called Fredas. Danish food, large portions so go hungry!! Location was great as only a 5-10 minute walk from Copenhagen Central station and another 2-3 min walk from Vesterport station which is on the main metro lines. Will definitely be returning. "

"The staff at this property were first class and so helpful, and always ready to assist despite it being Christmas when i stayed there. The house itself is very pretty and in a very cosy, pretty traditional Danish rural area in Copenhagen. it was also extremely clean and the bed in my room was unbelievably comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept on and i could tell it was memory foam. Very quiet and safe area and again the house itself is very pretty and traditionally Scandinavian with traditional Scandi ornaments decorating it. The toilet and shower were also extremely clean as well as there being a large very clean kitchen area. All in all a wonderful stay and very cosy! Really a good example of hygge vibes!"

Nice hotel with high standards

"Always nice to stay at Glostrup Park. Nice hotel and excellent breakfast. Also nice bar/restaurant facilities. Free parking an only 10 minutes walk to the S-train, which will take you to central Copenhagen. My only issue about this hotel (but almost any other hotel as well): PLEASE can you find a solution for the people who wants to smoke, so they don’t stand right outside the main entrance. It is disgusting to pass by the smoke whenever you enter or leave the hotel. "
