"Room amenities were poor: no toiletries, other than a 2-in-1 shower liquid, and no tissue/toilet roll on my first night. Furniture was old and worn: bed sank, pillow too soft (charges for extra pillows), chair broken, air conditioner noisy, iron had burnt residues, and ironing board so torn like it just returned from the battlefield.
