"We had a one night stay during a tour of northern Italy. For the price we were very impressed and felt it necessary to write this review. It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. Small details such as the towel art in the room and unexpected access to a little indoor pool (that staff turned back on just for us despite our late check on time) made it an absolute delight. "We enjoyed the location of the room with a view of the mountains and the slopes. What was so disappointing was that we were only there for 2 days/one night. When we went to check in (right at check-in time) they said the room was not ready yet and to come back in 20 minutes. Came back in 25 minutes and they state the room still isn't ready and it will be at least another hour. We asked if there was anyway to switch us to a different room because we were only staying one night and they said...
