"I loved the property but they did not know they were a vip access hotel. Furthermore, and the worst part is I recieved zero help from Expedia regarding this fact. With silver vip access you receive a perk. It was denied by the hotel and Expedia too. Even though the language in the vip access page is clear about different tiers. The hotel made up for it by upgrading our room. I’m not made at them just done with making hotel decisions with Expedia. "

"Ok I'll list the pros and cons of our stay. First the cons. The parking situation is somewhat annoying. We had already paid so much for the room and then had to pay $45 more for a parking spot that was down the road and had to walk to the hotel in the freezing cold. Just felt like the parking situation/fees should have been made clear during the booking process and the fees should be reduced because $45 is crazy high. "Area was convienant to everything nothing further than 10 minutes away .some locations we went to Were in walking distance especially on a nice day . We walked to broadyway depending on shoe choice . The coffee in the lobby cafe was Amazing!! Mc Donald’s and 7/11 close just incase you need a quick lil something . Great Mexican restaurant around the corner too "
