"Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. There is a kettle and bottled water in the room but there was only 2 tea bags (Herbal & Green Teas) and sugar. If you want other types of tea and Coffee and/or milk, I would advise you take your own. "Fantastic hotel set in an 800 year old castle. Stunning building, rooms beautifully furnished with all amenities, delightful castle grounds, magnificent setting for the restaurant with quality food. Breakfast excellent too. Difficulty with room keys on arrival and had to return to reception for replacements. On entering room discovered that room was not as originally booked on hotels.com website. After again returning to reception and lengthy dialogue with staff that our room was incorrect...
