"Person checking me in was short with me because I didn’t know about the 75$/ night charge for incidents and it said it on a sign at Checkin but my pocketbook was on top of it! Especially frustrating after dealing with harrowing traffic getting to the hotel. Not a nice way to start our visit."

"Nice hotel, great location, comfortable beds, friendly front desk and housekeeping, and dogs stay for free. There is no parking, but you park in the structure nearby, and the hotel validates your ticket so you pay a discounted rate. We stayed 4 nights, and this hotel is close to everything we wanted to see. "

"Solo female traveler for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was adorable and very helpful. I was cold on the first night they added an extra blanket the next day and adjusted the room temperature. The bathrooms are shared. I was absolutely horrified I had to share them with everyone but they were spotless every day. The hotel is a few minutes away from downtown. I will come back once I'm in Boston again :-)"

"We chose this hotel for easy access to the port, city center, and airport. We had business in New Hampshire and Cambridge. Both were easy to navigate by car from the hotel. The restaurant breakfast is superb and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, large, and in good condition. "

"Well, I didn't have big things to complaint about, other than the bathroom zinc, the cold and the hot water cannot mix together. In the zinc, each one located separately. I understand that's an old building, but they still can change certain things. "

"I really enjoyed staying at CitizenM North Station. It’s conveniently located next to TD Garden, which made it easy when going to a Celtics game. Also, it’s next to so many dining options from Breakfast to Dinner. I really liked how it was so close to the train station because it made it easy to get around the city, without having to pay for lots of ubers. Very clean area, it can be noisey if there’s an event, but I had no issues throughout the night. In terms of the room, it was super cute and cozy. The beds were actually very comfortable and we had an amazing view of the downtown area. The rooms are small, but it was amazing for my boyfriend and I. There’s a bar at the hotel with great drinks and they offer a basic breakfast bar but still yummy! I can’t wait to stay here again in the future. "
